Well done to all the Scouts attending the District Archery Competition & Camp at Frylands Wood Scout Centre on 28th / 29th September.
We had 65 Scouts take part across 9 Scout Groups with 46 Scouts staying on overnight. We fired over 1,500 arrow shots and awarded an individual and group trophy before concluding the day with a BBQ and Campfire. Congrats to the winners who had some amazing individual scores. We had a lucky break in the weather and enjoyed the clear but cold skies!
Thanks again to the team at Frylands for accommodating us and to all the Leaders for supporting their Scouts and pitching in to run the archery ranges, catering and campfire.
