The District Executive Committee has three main roles:  the Charity Trustees for the District; ensure compliance with Charity Law and the Rules of the Scout Association; and to manage the District’s resources, District Headquarters, funds and campsites. We aim to provide support and advice to Group Executive Committees in their governance of Scouts across Lewisham.
