DESCRIPTION:Planning for Success\nIt’s an exciting time as across the county our scout groups and explorer scout units are returning to face-to-face meetings and we look toward more and more restrictions being lifted along the path to the scouting we are used to. \nThis said\, it’s been a difficult time\, and we have received a number of requests for support and advice with to the challenges being faced by groups as a result of COVID-19. \nWe want to do all we can to support you during this recovery period\, so the county is holding a workshop in partnership with the association’s regional services team. \nThe session is aimed at everyone in your leadership and support teams and covers a wide range of topics\, which includes: \n\nassessing your current position\nchallenges to restarting\nmaking the most of your people\nre-engaging families\nbuilding your programme\nfilling the gaps\nplanning for the long term\nfundraising\ncreating your action plan\n\n  \nTo join us\, complete our simple registration form and a few days before the event we will send you more information.
